ANOTHER LANDMARK SCORE POINT AS SHINA PELLER COMPLETES A STATE OF ART TOILET FACILITIES AT OKE~BABA DUDU(ward 5)

The people of Oke Baba DUDU have started to sing a new song as their long awaited hope of getting an ultra modern toilet is activated through the hands of Hon.Shina Abiola peller.

It was like yesterday when Hon.Shina peller made the promise of giving them the  toilet FACILITIES they had long time been yearning to have inspite of having too many ongoing projects at hand,yet he is still able to put a smile on the inhabitants of Oke Baba DUDU's faces against all odds .

It will be incomplete without stating the actions and inactions of some ney he do wells when the promise was made by Shina peller in less than 2 months ago.Some children of Lucifer were quoted to have tagged the project series of derogatory remarks such as "Fenu Wu gate"..I.e somebody who lives in the world of fantasy.They condemned the goodwill and the large  heart of the man of people whose interest in politics is never to squander the rights of the masses or consume that which belongs to the common man.

Owo Baba Naomi has done beyond  the expectation as it stands,his record of achievements has surpassed that of the incumbent's except for the pseudo self acclaimed appointment and the unverifiable numbers of the said beneficiaries.

A vote for Shina Abiola Peller is a vote for modern day political largesse and world class recognition of federal constituency that he would be representing.

Appeal court did not Affirm Adeleke's eligibility

BURSTED.... Appeal Court in Akure did not affirm Adeleke's eligibility - Olufemi Ayandokun Esq. The 1st-3rd Respondents in Appeal No. CA/AK/81/2019 and CA/AK/81/2019 decided on 06/04/2019 have taken note of the news making the rounds that the Akure Division of The Court of Appeal therein affirmed that Sen. Nurudeen Adeleke was eligible to contest the recently held gubernatorial elections in OSUN State. The Court of Appeal made no such pronouncement. The Appeal bordered on whether the Federal High Court sitting at Osogbo was right to have dismissed the preliminary objection raised by Sen. Nurudeen Adeleke in the Suit challenging his eligibility. It was his contention that the Suit was not filed within 14 days of the Party Primaries nominating him. He contends s.285(9) Constitution of The Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended by the 4th Alteration Act was not complied with.
